 All suggestions for improvement of the practice are welcomed. If patients have a complaint concerning any matter relating to the practice, they are recommended to write first to the doctor concerned and a reply will be given as soon as possible. Both Dr Staight and Dr Bealing are members of the Independent Doctors Forum.
