 Patients may request repeat prescriptions by telephone, post, or via the website. These prescriptions will normally be posted out but by special request, medications can be delivered to the patient’s home (anywhere in Greater London) via the Independent Dispensary service operating through the Independent Doctors’ Forum Pharmacy. Faxed prescriptions are not legal but, however, they can be used. They also may support a telephone prescription. Telephone prescriptions are only carried out in exceptional circumstances or emergencies and the charge for this service is £20. |
