COMING TO THE PRACTICE? Please could you read the following guide:

• Please not come to the practice if you have any COVID symptoms such as fever, cough or recent loss of taste and smell.
• Do not come in if you have recently been in contact with someone who may have Covid.
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time (or check with reception.)
