The Doctors​.

There are three full time experienced doctors working closely together  providing a wide range of family general practice and medical services.

Dr Richard Sykes.
​MBBS MA (Oxon) MRCS MRCGP 

Dr Sykes trained in medicine at Oxford and Imperial College, qualifying in 2010. He initially undertook surgical training, latterly specialising in ENT, before spending a number of years in hospital medicine, then general practice. He joined Dr Staight in 2020.

His special interests are ENT, endocrinology, paediatrics and geriatrics. He is passionate about taking a whole person approach to care.

He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of General Practitioners.
He lives in Wimbledon with his wife, young son, and a cheeky cocker spaniel.

Dr Caroline Bealing.
​MB BS DCH DRCOG MRCGP Dip Sports Med MFSEM

Dr Bealing graduated from University College Hospital London with further training qualifications in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology. 

She is a fully accredited general practitioner with  further postgraduate training in sports medicine. Dr Bealing has been involved with British Sailing and tennis and is a member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine. She joined Dr Staight in 1997.

Dr Bealing is married with 2 daughters and lives in Kensington and enjoys sailing.

​Dr Anjella Balendra.
MB BS BSc  MPH MRCGP DRCOG Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner

​Dr Balendra graduated from University College London Medical School, then did her GP training and NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in GP at St George's, followed by a masters in Public Health at King's College London. She has special interests in women's health, maternal medicine, sexual health, breast cancer and diabetes. She has continued to train, teach and examine in practices and hospitals across London.
 
Dr Balendra is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner with extensive experience and looks forward to offering these services alongside her work as a General Practitioner at the Staight Practice.
​
In her free time she is a keen musician and singer. She also enjoys swimming, weight lifting and HIIT training. She is well travelled and hopes to continue to explore new places.
