Serving our community for over 30 years

The Staight Practice was founded in 1994
by Dr Guy Staight to provide private general medical care rooted in trust and familiarity. In 2025, Dr Richard Sykes took over the practice and carries that same ethos forward.

Over time, many of our patients have come to consider us their long-term medical home and see our practice as a place they can return to for advice, reassurance, and continuity of care.

This continues to guide our approach to practical, proportionate healthcare centred on helping our patients feel informed and supported.
