Appointments and fees
Fees are dependent on the time spent with the doctor and the administration generated. Current fees are set out on our website and are subject to change. All fees are due at the time of your appointment.
Missed appointments may be charged at the doctor's discretion. If you no longer require your appointment, please cancel in advance.
Most insurance companies do not cover GP consultation fees. Where you intend to claim from an insurer, it remains your responsibility to settle fees with us directly and claim reimbursement from your insurer separately.
Liability
We take our duty of care to patients seriously. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or reliance on information contained within it.
